Returns & Exchanges
Please note that Return/Exchange Information is different for domestic and international orders.

Domestic Returns

We do our absolute best to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy in any way, send an email to [email protected] (make sure to mention your receipt/order number, and the nature of the problem)

To return item(s) eligible for returnItems returned to us must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition. simply fill out the form on the back of the invoice. Send the order in unworn condition with tags attached, to:

Make sure to include the original invoice/return form. Without it, the return becomes extremely difficult if not impossible to process.

We must receive your return package within 30 days of the date we shipped the package to you. Returns received after 30 days will either be refused or returned for store credit only, subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee on the full price of the order. Returns received in worn condition will receive no refund at all, or will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee on full price of the order, at the sole discretion of Dot Fox. Intimates, Tights, Socks, and Bookstore are non-returnable. Clearance (previously known as Final Sale) and One of a Kind Items/Vintage are returnable for Store Credit only.
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of package receipt, and can only be issued to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back to us.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us!

Domestic Exchanges

Our inventory turns over rapidly, and many of our items are one of a kind Vintage, or only produced in small quantities. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us immediately to confirm that the item you want instead is still available. We cannot hold items for exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item. Intimates, Tights, Leggings, Socks, and Bookstore are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Clearance (previously known as Final Sale) and One of a Kind/Vintage Items are returnable for Store Credit only.

Please give fellow customers a chance to own something they love by completing your exchange in a timely manner! We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that take longer than 30 days after original purchase date; these exchange attempts will be subject to the rules governing late returns.
